At Astro Shree Samadhan Private Limited, we ensure that every Rudraksha product delivered to you and is handled care. Please read our Return Policy carefully to understand how returns are handled.

1. Products Eligible for Return

We accept returns only in the following cases:

• The product received is damaged or defective

• You received an incorrect item

• The item is missing parts/accessories that were mentioned on the website

To be eligible for a return:

• You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

• The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

• You must provide unboxing photos/videos clearly showing the issue.

2. Return Process

If your return request is approved:

1. Our support team will guide you through the return shipping process.

2. You must send the item back using a reliable courier service and share the tracking details.

3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue:

   • A replacement

Note: Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the error was on our part.

3. Important Timeframes

• Return request window: within 48 hours of product delivery.

• Return item delivered: within 5 days of approval.

• Inspection & resolution time: within 7 working days after receiving the return.
