Refunds Policy
1. No Refunds on Rudraksha and Products
Due to the nature of items like Rudraksha Bracelets, Malas, Pendants, Beads, Yantras, and other products, we do not offer refunds once the product is purchased and delivered.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged, broken, or defective, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery along with photos or a video of the unboxing for verification.

Note: No complaints will be entertained after 48 hours of delivery.
3. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 6 hours of placing them.

Once the product has been processed or shipped, cancellations are not allowed.
If cancelled within the permissible window, the refund (if applicable) will be credited within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
4. Incorrect Orders
If you receive a product different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will verify and arrange a replacement or initiate a return pickup if applicable.
